 * 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
 * Experience with android OS development.

## Description

* Oversee the architectural design and implementation of Gemini-backed features, ensuring high performance and low latency within the vehicle's resource-constrained environment.
 * Drive the development of next-generation reference applications and tools that enable first and third-party developers.
 * Partner with product, UX, and car manufacturers to align the applications layer with deep vehicle integration and talent development, recruit, mentor, and retain a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, technical excellence, and "AI-first" thinking.
 * Implement agile methodologies tailored for the automotive lifecycle, balancing the changing nature of Gen AI development with the safety and stability requirements of an OS.
 * Serve as a technical spokesperson for the AAOS App ecosystem, advocating for the adoption of AI first approach across internal stakeholders and external partners.
