## About the Role

* Experience working within an IT Service Desk or IT support environment.
 * Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience using ITSM platforms and supporting incidents and service requests.
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve a broad range of first-line technical issues whilst delivering a positive customer experience.

## Description

* Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user enquiries.
 * Provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
 * Support account administration, access management, knowledge management and operational support activities whilst maintaining excellent customer communication and service standards.
