 * We need a collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for your work.
 * We would like you to be familiar with AI coding tools and best practices.

## Description

* We develop and maintain functionality within our SaaS platform.
 * We work primarily with PHP, MySQL and JavaScript-based technologies.
 * We develop and integrate with REST APIs and third-party services.
 * We investigate and resolve defects and production issues.
 * We contribute to the ongoing modernisation of our application and framework.
 * We collaborate closely with developers, Product Managers and QA.
 * We contribute to planning, technical discussions and solution design.
 * We take ownership of work from development through testing and release.
 * We raise technical risks, questions or blockers early.
 * We help the squad deliver high-quality software predictably and sustainably.
 * We write clear, maintainable and appropriately tested code.
 * We participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
 * We apply sound software engineering principles without unnecessary complexity.
 * We help identify technical debt and opportunities to improve existing code.
