Set clear expectations, establish operational guardrails, and build a team that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish and manage metrics and measures to hold vendors accountable for reliability, responsiveness, and adherence to Meta's standards * Standards Management: Create, maintain, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, provisioning workflows, and acceptance criteria.
