* Workday Learning certification or advanced Workday Learning administration experience.
 * Experience serving as a business owner, administrator, or lead during a Workday Learning implementation.
 * Experience supporting LMS implementations, UAT, launch readiness, and stabilization activities.
 * Experience with Udemy Business administration and integration management.
 * Experience supporting enterprise-wide compliance training programs.
 * Experience developing learning governance frameworks and operational standards.
 * Experience working within large, complex, matrixed organizations.
 * 3-5+ years of Workday experience.

## Description

Epitec is seeking an experienced Workday Learning Implementation & Operations Lead to support a large-scale Workday Learning deployment. This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert and business owner for Workday Learning, partnering with Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, IT, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful launch and long-term operational success of the platform., * Lead and support Workday Learning implementation activities, including business requirements gathering, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

 * Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and Workday implementation partners.
 * Manage learning governance, content organization, learner audiences, assignment strategies, and compliance training programs.
 * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics related to learning and compliance.
 * Support Workday Learning integrations, including Udemy Business.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize learner experience and platform effectiveness., * 24 hours per week with availability Monday through Friday during business hours.
 * Immediate start preferred.
 * One interview process focused on scenarios and communication skills.
