## Description

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team as a Data Analyst and play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for business growth. This is a first-shift, full-time contract position (7am 4pm or 8am 5pm) ideal for analytical self-starters eager to launch or advance their careers in data analytics. Responsibilities

 - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
 - Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Access, Power BI
 - Prepare and present clear, concise reports for stakeholders across departments
 - Manage and maintain databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity
 - Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely analysis and recommendations
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve data processes
 - Assist with ERP and LIMS system data management as needed
 - Uphold data quality standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
