## Description

* Operate our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients
 * Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams
 * Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner
 * Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues
 * Decipher, process and follow through on client requests
