## Description

We're a fast-growing, early-stage startup building infrastructure for reinforcement learning (RL) environments - enabling AI labs and developers to train, evaluate, and align frontier models to real-world workflows. We're hiring a Growth Lead to help evangelize our vision and connect us with the right people across the AI ecosystem., * Tell our company's story compellingly - get candidates, researchers, and industry players genuinely excited about our mission through worldbuilding and narrative.

 * Find, engage, and build relationships with candidates, AI/ML engineers, RL researchers, and other key figures in the AI ecosystem.
 * Define company culture and values, then apply them to candidate screening and new-hire onboarding processes.
 * Own end-to-end recruiting in partnership with the Chief of Staff - building and optimizing recruiting systems, tooling, and automated workflows.
 * Collaborate with the Marketing & Events function to host and represent the company at community and industry events, and to create compelling content.
 * Work with Go-to-Market engineers to identify introduction pathways and connection strategies into high-priority leads and partners.
