## About the Role

* 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience supporting Workday Core HCM.

 * Demonstrated experience leading the full lifecycle of Workday enhancements and projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, deployment, and production support.

 * Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM business processes, including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, worker data management, organizational structures, and supervisory organizations.

 * Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Core HCM business processes, supporting implementations, system enhancements, biannual releases, and ongoing production support.

 * Demonstrated success partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Legal, Payroll, IT, and global business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

 * Strong understanding of Workday architecture and Core HCM integrations with Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Security, and Integrations.
