## About the Role

Requirements: 2+ years in an MSP or internal IT role; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Windows endpoints, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and Active Directory; a clean driving record and reliable vehicle; the ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical client.

Nice to have: RMM/PSA experience, UniFi, Intune, PowerShell, hospitality or professional-services clients, CompTIA/Microsoft certs. CMMC, ITAR, or other compliance framework familiarity is highly valued.

What's important to us: punctuality and consistency, strong documentation, exceptional communication, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision, and strong problem-solving skills.
