Mit unseren rund 450 Mitarbeitern und modernster Technik an zwei Produktionsstandorten versorgen wir 250 Krankenhäuser und Seniorenheime in ganz Nordrhein-Westfalen mit einem Wäsche-Volumen von 90.000 kg pro Tag. Als familiengeführtes Unternehmen gehören wir seit 1925 zu den führenden Anbietern in der textilen Vollversorgung und Textil-Logistik für Krankenhäuser, Kliniken und Pflegeeinrichtungen. Du möchtest dich weiterentwickeln und bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung? Deine Aufgaben: - Anwendersupport und Unterstützung in der Ticketbearbeitung - Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von Hard- und Software (Windows, Office, RFID-Technik) - Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, z.B. KI-Lösungen im Produktionsumfeld Erste Einblicke: - Administration von Servern, Netzwerken und Benutzerkonten (Active Directory, Exchange, VLANs) - IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten (Virtualisierung, IT-Security)
