## About the Role

* Advanced WellView skills (required).
 * Advanced Power BI skills including creating, updating, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI Desktop (required).
 * Oil & Gas industry knowledge, preferably in workover and/or drilling operations.
 * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
 * Basic SQL knowledge.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, operations, and field teams.
 * Experience reviewing and analyzing historical well data.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Snowflake experience.
 * Kepler experience.
 * Databricks experience.

## Description

Required Expertise (Top Priorities)

 * Advanced WellView experience: Ability to maintain data quality, perform well history reviews, manage wellbore schematics, and support WellView data integrity.
 * Advanced Power BI experience: Ability to create, update, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards in Power BI Desktop, transforming operational data into actionable business insights.

Engineering Technician and Data Analyst supporting the Wells Servicing team. Responsible for data quality management, well history reviews, wellbore schematic management, AFE routing, and ad hoc engineering support. This role will transform operational and engineering data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing historical well data, supporting engineers and field operations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities

 * Gather, QC, and analyze data from various sources to enable improved analytics and insight generation.
 * Maintain WellView data quality, well history records, and wellbore schematics.
 * Perform requirements definition and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
 * Develop, update, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
 * Support development, testing, analysis, and ad hoc reporting requests.
 * Assist with delivery of analytics solutions that predict, automate, and optimize business decisions.
 * Maintain documentation for data processes, models, reports, and analyses to ensure consistency and stewardship of delivered solutions.
 * Provide engineering and operational support as needed.
