* 3+ years of IT support, systems support, or technical operations experience
 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra administration skills
 * Experience supporting cloud, networking, and security environments
 * Exposure to technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, SonicWall, Unifi, or similar platforms
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support mindset

Nice to Have

 * Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, AWS, Security+, firewall, or related credentials
 * Experience with remote support tools and documentation best practices

## Description

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to serve as a key escalation resource for advanced technical issues and day-to-day systems support.

What You'll Do

 * Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems
 * Troubleshoot operating systems, application issues, connectivity, VPN, and wireless environments
 * Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure/Entra
 * Assist with cloud and infrastructure environments (AWS, identity management, firewalls)
 * Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
 * Partner across IT teams to improve processes and service delivery
 * Mentor and support junior/help desk staff
