* Minimum 3-years work experience in supporting Information Technology (IT).

 * Unifi / Network troubleshooting / VLANS / QoS / VPN
 * Windows Server Domain Services Installation and Configuration / RDS Services and Published App creation
 * Cloud Base admin / 365 Security / Sharepoint Management
 * Business App installation and Upgrades for example QuickBooks
 * SQL administration

## Description

CIU Networks, Inc. provides MSP support to Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We take a proactive approach to keep our clients' computer, network and security systems up-to-date and protected.

We are looking for an energetic Level II Field Technician to provide onsite and remote helpdesk support for our clients ranging from restaurants to corporate offices.

As a Level II Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining traditional IT functions like software, hardware, storage, network, DVR/NVR devices, and POS systems., * Provide onsite IT support to a variety of industries including restaurants, manufacturers, law offices, real estate management, dentist offices and many others.

 * Assist project team with onsite support for network upgrades, new network build-outs and office moves.
 * Providing support to end users of PCs and network devices, and multiple business applications.
 * Identifying, investigating and remediating alerts as part of our network operations center team.
 * Establishing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with end users.
 * Investigating and solving desktop and other systems-related issues.
 * Presenting information clearly and logically with the ability to explain technical issues in plain, non-technical language.
 * Recognizing high-priority issues and responding accordingly.
 * Assisting fellow team members and performing other duties as needed.
