Where do you start on this issue? ## Description META PC is seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our service center team and support the growth of our repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in computer hardware repair, diagnostics, data recovery, upgrades, customer service, and ticketing systems (including automation workflows). This role requires proven ability to efficiently identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues while maintaining high-quality service standards., * Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair custom-built gaming PCs, desktops, and laptops. Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and cable management. Assemble and test high-performance gaming PCs to company quality standards. Identify and resolve software, BIOS, and driver-related issues * Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers and fellow technicians, troubleshooting complex repair issues, and offering solutions to ensure timely resolution. * Quality Assurance: Follow quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
