This role is ideal for a versatile IT professional with a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including systems administration, technical support, and infrastructure management within a fast-paced, multi- location environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a willingness to learn new technologies quickly, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively., * Authorized to work in the United States. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional IT experience in several of the areas listed above. * Previous help desk or technical support experience required. * Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, networking, and SaaS platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional American English. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Reliable transportation required. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and SaaS applications. Nice to Have (Not Required) * WordPress site maintenance (themes, plugins, basic updates). * Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk). * Light scripting or web experience (PHP, JavaScript, Node, MySQL). * Cloud Services (Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud). * APIs, webhooks, or automation tools (e.g. Zapier). * VoIP/SIP phone system support. * Git / version control. ## Description End-User & Help Desk Support * Provide day-to-day help desk support for windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoho CRM users. * Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues for staff across multiple offices. * Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members. * Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, fixes, and support records. Hardware * Set up, repair, replace, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripherals. * Set up and configure new networking hardware. * Image, deploy, and maintain end-user devices. * Terminate Ethernet cable and handle basic structured-cabling tasks. Networking * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues to resolution. * Configure and support office networks, routers, switches, and firewalls. * Handle basic IP networking, DNS, and related tasks. Zoho CRM Administration * Administer and maintain Zoho CRM: users, layouts, fields, workflows, and reports. * Support CRM-related requests from sales and operations teams. * Assist with data hygiene, imports, new module buildouts, and routine CRM upkeep.
