* At least 2 years of PC troubleshooting experience

Skills and Abilities:

 * Must have strong PC hardware/software knowledge
 * Basic knowledge of Windows Server
 * Use of Active Directory to create and manage domain users
 * Troubleshoot network and/or local printer problems
 * Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
 * Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities at once
 * Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships
 * Ability to effectively troubleshoot and strong problem-solving skills
 * Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
 * Strong service orientation and customer service skills, * 1-3 years of experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
 * Ability to work as part of a team
 * Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
 * Demonstrate effective written, verbal, and technical communication skills
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel to branch offices will be required

## Description

* Installs and supports PC hardware, PC operating system software, and PC software
 * Assists users with PC, network, and phone problems (hardware and software)
 * Orders and installs PC peripheral equipment
 * Assists with project management, resource planning, and system monitoring and troubleshooting
 * Develops and maintains documentation
 * Continually searches for ways to improve processes
 * Other duties as assigned
