 + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
 + Understanding of relational databases.
 * Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for non-technical users, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

 * Enginering/Drafting/Design background.
 * Certification in a major ERP platform.
 * Experience with API integrations and system architecture.

## Description

The ERP System Specialist is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This role ensures that all departments-from finance to operations-have a seamless, integrated data flow. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting data issues and inventory issues, as well as training users to maximize the platform's potential., *
Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, resolving bugs and coordinating with external software vendors when necessary.

 * Data Integrity: Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy across the system and assist in data migration or integration with third-party tools.
 * Training: Develop training manuals and lead onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure consistent system usage across all locations.
 * System Information: Updating and maintaining system BOM's and inventory, working with production to confirm and maintain BOM and inventory accuracy.
