## Description

Design, build, and own the systems powering AI-augmented care navigation. Work directly with the CTO on a lean 6-engineer team with massive scope.

 * Build backend and front-end systems - powering the AI-augmented Care Navigation platform.
 * Own system design decisions - architect scalable solutions for real-time patient interactions, data pipelines, and EHR integrations.
 * Work with customers and clinical teams - scope and ship product alongside the CTO, forward-deployed engineers, care navigators, and enterprise health system customers.
 * Use AI tools daily - build intelligent clinical workflows, automate patient communication, extend the no-code pathway builder.
 * Mentor engineers - help establish best practices as the team scales.
 * Encode tribal knowledge into AI - translate navigator and customer expertise into models and features that improve patient outcomes.
