Manual dexterity to reach, and grasp; manual dexterity to hand write or use computer keyboard; vision sufficient to see/read; hear and speak to communicate with customers in person and over the phone. Position is located in an indoor office environment. ## Description CLASSIFICATION SUMMARY: Keep all critical systems up and operational, ensure that server hardware, software, and databases are current and operational, oversee and implement new software/hardware, and assist in day-to-day problems that may occur to the staff or users including creation of new users.
