## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Conversion Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. This role will be responsible for leading data migration efforts from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation, with a focus on maintaining auditability and operational continuity.

Core Responsibilities

 * Analyze legacy financial and operational data structures
 * Develop and execute data mapping and conversion strategies
 * Design and implement data migration and validation processes
 * Perform data cleansing and reconciliation activities
 * Execute data testing and validation procedures
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout migration lifecycle
 * Collaborate with:
 + Developers
 + Architects
 + Business stakeholders
 * Support data transformation and ETL processes
 * Track and report migration progress, issues, and risks
 * Assist in cutover planning and migration execution
