## About the Role

* Erfahrung in der Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsteams oder vergleichbaren technischen Entwicklungsteams
 * Gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen sowie Aufgaben-, Ticket- und Projektmanagement
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren Systemen wie Jira
 * Technisches Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, Kenntnisse in C++, Python, Qt, Git sowie Windows und Linux sind von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte, verbindliche Arbeitsweise und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben und Terminen
 * Erfahrung mit Scrum oder Kanban ist hilfreich, Kenntnisse in Funktechnik oder digitaler Signalverarbeitung sind nicht erforderlich
 * Auch Fachkräfte aus anderen technischen Branchen sind willkommen. Die Einarbeitung in Funktechnik und digitale Signalverarbeitung erfolgt bei uns.

## Description

* Organisatorische Koordination unseres Softwareentwicklungsteams mit rund zehn Teammitgliedern
 * Planung, Priorisierung und Verteilung der Entwicklungsaufgaben in Abstimmung mit dem Team
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Tickets und Aufgaben in Microsoft Azure DevOps
 * Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben und Terminen sowie Sicherstellung transparenter Zuständigkeiten und Bearbeitungsstände
 * Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Verzögerungen, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässen
 * Organisation und Moderation von Team- und Planungsmeetings sowie Unterstützung der Entwicklungsleitung
 * Sie koordinieren das Team organisatorisch, während die fachliche Verantwortung und technische Lösungsfindung bei den jeweiligen Verantwortlichen verbleiben.
