You are communicative, collaborative and enjoy working together with colleagues from different disciplines to solve complex challenges., * Several years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar role in Azure environments * Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, preferably within operations, governance or platform engineering * Strong understanding of Azure services including Networking, Storage, App Services, Virtual Machines and Entra ID (Azure AD) * Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD practices * Experience working with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform and PowerShell * Knowledge of analytics and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark or modern data lake architectures * Understanding of cloud governance, security and access management principles * Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities * Professional communication skills in English (local language skills are a plus but not mandatory) It is an advantage if you also have * Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimisation * Experience supporting enterprise AI or machine learning platforms ## Description Do you enjoy creating secure, scalable cloud environments that enable innovation at enterprise scale? As a DevOps Cloud Engineer (Azure & Databricks), you will help operate and develop the platforms that support Vattenfall's data, analytics and AI ambitions. Your expertise in Azure, automation and cloud governance will contribute directly to our purpose: enabling fossil-free living through digital innovation and smarter use of data. Your role Within our Digital Platform Operations team, you will work with colleagues across cloud engineering, architecture, operations and data platforms to ensure that our Azure and Databricks environments remain secure, reliable and future-ready. You will play a key role in advancing a modern enterprise data platform that enables data-driven decision-making across Vattenfall while continuously improving automation, governance and user experience.
