## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required

 * 4+ years of experience in SAP deployment or supply chain operations
 * Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA
 * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or TMS
 * Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations
 * Experience supporting go-live and hypercare activities
 * Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting analysis
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to travel extensively across the USA (up to 80%)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects
 * Background in process improvement and business transformation initiatives
 * Experience working with multiple warehouse locations and 3PL partners
 * Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility deployment environments

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Deployment Analyst to support large-scale SAP S/4 HANA deployment initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP deployment, hypercare support, warehouse management processes, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced enterprise environments., * Support SAP S/4 HANA deployment and post go-live hypercare activities

 * Coordinate with business, IT, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners
 * Support warehouse and inventory management operations across multiple sites
 * Assist with Make-to-Deploy and Order-to-Cash process execution
 * Analyze operational and system data to identify process improvements
 * Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
 * Troubleshoot deployment and system-related issues during rollout phases
 * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
 * Support WMS/TMS integration and operational process alignment
