* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * Proficiency in Python and confidence working with existing codebases
 * Hands on experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, debugging, and troubleshooting
 * Understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and log analysis
 * Familiarity with AWS services and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch
 * Strong analytical thinking, a service oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills

 * Reliable day to day operation of AI powered business applications in production
 * Incident investigation log analysis monitoring alert evaluation and structured resolution support

 * Reading maintenance and adjustment of Python code for minor bug fixes and technical enhancements
 * Collaboration with architects and developers to resolve technical issues and improve operational supportability
 * Release deployment and validation support in close collaboration with technical teams
