 * Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Kubernetes (Architektur, Networking, Security, Troubleshooting)
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform (Module-Design, State Management, Workspaces)
 * Erfahrung mit mindestens einem Cloud-Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure), Erfahrung mit StackIT ist von Vorteil
 * Praxiserfahrung mit GitLab CI/CD und Pipeline-Architektur
 * Kenntnisse in GitOps-Workflows (Flux)
 * Kenntnisse in Monitoring und Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki)
 * Kenntnisse im PostgreSQL-DB-Betrieb
 * Erfahrung mit Linux-Administration und Netzwerk-Grundlagen
 * Fähigkeit, technische Entscheidungen zu kommunizieren und im Team zu vertreten
 * Nice to have:
 + Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im Finanzsektor (BaFin, DORA) oder vergleichbar regulierten Branchen
 + Zertifizierungen (CKA, CKS, Terraform Associate)
