Today this work is coordinated informally, without consistent timelines, priorities, or accountability. This role brings structure to it - giving every active project a clear plan, visible progress, and someone accountable for keeping it on track. You will be the sole Project Manager supporting these teams from day one, working directly with technical leads and contributors to plan and drive their projects to completion. This is an execution and facilitation role. You keep projects aligned and on schedule; technical direction, budget, and vendor decisions stay with the team's domain experts and leadership.
