(Specifically, in Word and Excel programs) * Ability to use CAD systems (AutoCAD Civil 3D) for design and plan production. Preferred: Ability to be cross-trained and provide support in other areas of Highway, Traffic, Bridges, and Construction preferre Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must have thorough knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of civil engineering with emphasis on transportation engineering. * The Engineer position has a variety of duties and responsibilities for Highway, Traffic, Bridges, and Construction that are assigned accordingly based on the needs of the Department.
