## About the Role

Required:

 * Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
 * Solid experience building frontends with React.
 * Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or a strongly frontend-leaning engineer with backend comfort.
 * Experience with MongoDB as an application database.
 * Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.
 * Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
 * Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Excellent collaboration skills - comfortable working directly with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas and align with a remote-first work culture.
 * 5-10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

Nice to Have:

 * Interest in or experience with AI/ML-focused product development.
 * Background in fintech, financial software, or data infrastructure products.

 * Design, develop, and take end-to-end ownership of complex features and software components.
 * Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
 * Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture.
 * Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements.
 * Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams.
