Preferred Qualifications * Advanced knowledge of Office 365 administration (admin center, licensing, security & compliance). * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and autopilot deployments. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and assisting employees with configurations. * Experience with APIs, such as configuring and troubleshooting. * Audit, governance, and compliance experience associated with doing business with the Federal government, such as Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). * Hands-on experience with construction management tool Procore and other legacy MWH platforms Sage & HH2. * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102). * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. In this deskside support role, you will deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to employees across the Northeast (CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME). You will handle complex issues, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our employees. Success in this position hinges on your ability to work independently, juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders, and proactively solve problems in a distributed environment. In this unique role, you will support the building of critical water and wastewater infrastructure across the region.
