* Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs end-to-end.
 * Strong experience establishing PMO structures, governance models, and executive reporting.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative that spans AI, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. This is a program-level leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
Note: This is not a Scrum Team TPM or Scrum Master role supporting a single Agile team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise programs, establishing PMO governance, and delivering strategic initiatives across multiple business and technology organizations. Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise programs from planning through execution.
 * Establish and manage PMO functions, including governance, operating model, reporting framework, and program controls.
 * Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to drive multiple modernization initiatives.
 * Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
 * Prepare and present bi-weekly and monthly executive leadership updates and status reports.
 * Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
 * Monitor program health, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
