Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet. ## Description The Senior Operations Manager in Aberdeen, SD supports the grain operations activities at Agtegra to obtain optimum efficiency, economies of scale and maximize profits. Plans, directs, and coordinates operational and facility activities to ensure that policies, goals, or objectives established by the Leadership Team are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties., * Responsible for overall operation of Innovation Center including shop, parts counter, personnel and training center. * Manages the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the facility and precision parts department. * Responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of workflow to all employees assigned to work in all areas of the facility.
