* Are you a curious and data-driven individual with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights? If so, Vibes Design Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team!, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
 * 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
 * Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
 * Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
 * Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R) and data management tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce)
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
 * A proactive and curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

## Description

* As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company by providing analytical support and generating valuable insights to drive business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, then present your findings in a clear and concise manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve our overall performance and efficiency.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Collect, organize, and analyze raw data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
 * Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor and communicate key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
 * Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to uncover valuable insights and recommendations
 * Identify and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability through regular audits and data cleansing
 * Communicate complex data and findings in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical team members
 * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and recommend new approaches and tools to improve our data processes
