## Description

* Facilitate the document management process for all shipping and receiving paperwork to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
 * Maintain continuity with all internal and external customers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure effective material movement.
 * Identify any discrepancies on packing lists and implement corrective action as needed.
 * Monitor and arrange shipment/receipt of stock-to-vendor and inter-BU components through SAP.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve any errors/exceptions in SAP regarding receiving and allocation.
 * Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the packaging department to maintain correct dunnage levels.
 * Monitor and execute parts reservations from refinement, engineering, and any other internal customers.
 * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
 * Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
