## About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others., * Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.

 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
 * Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team., * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar.
 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 * Understanding of Mac OS and Linux environments.

## Description

* Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
 * Monitor and manage IT asset inventory.
 * Document and track support requests using the help desk software.
 * Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
 * Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic IT procedures.
