This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems, configuring workstations and laptops, onboarding new employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop applications, network printers, and cabling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently. Some in-state travel is required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Provide desktop OS system support for Windows 10/11 * Preconfigure end user laptops and workstations * Onboard new employees * Support desktop applications * Install/troubleshoot network printers * Network cable troubleshooting skills * Interact with vendor technical support * Good customer relationship skills * Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently * Some in-state travel required * Maintain regular, reliable and punctual attendance at the worksite for the duration of scheduled shifts, including mandatory overtime * Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, rules and standards * Maintain professional, cooperative, respectful and ethical conduct when interacting with coworkers, customers, vendors and the public * Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy and performance standards while completing assigned work in a timely manner * Effectively and consistently support the company mission, vision and values * Responsible for all other duties, procedures and instructions as required by the job function, or as assigned, to meet organizational needs, This position primarily operates in a professional office setting.
