Compensation Range: $67,000 - $79,000. Compensation will range depending on location. Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location ## Description The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to ensure system functionality supports operational needs, compliance requirements, reporting, and workforce analytics.
