## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Technical Degree. Must have a minimum of one year of software development engineering experience.
 * Skilled in major programming languages such as C#, java, and python.
 * Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
 * Capability to write and optimize SQL statements and stored procedures.
 * Proficiency in web technologies such as ASP.net or similar
 * Experience with integrated development environments, test automation, and continuous development/continuous integration.
 * Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies., Bachelors of Information Systems (required)

## Description

* Under management direction, review business requirements to draft software design and review with engineering team for approval.
 * Break down work items into tasks and provide development estimates.
 * Implement and unit test software functions in accordance with DSE standards.
 * Collaborate with other developers and QA team to ensure proper test coverage, resolve issues as needed to deliver high quality software systems.
 * Regularly communicate task status to team members and identify risk areas.
 * Perform other related duties as assigned.
