 * Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience, * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.

## Description

* Develops, tests, implements, and maintains web and database applications across the full software development life cycle.
 * Translates user requirements into end-to-end application/database designs with multiple interfaces.
 * Programs in project-relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, J2EE, JSP, HTML, XML, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, JavaScript, Apache Tomcat, Git).
 * Troubleshoots and resolves defects; documents requirements, procedures, and reports; communicates technical protocols and processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders; plans work, sets goals, and monitors progress to delivery., B&A has launched several programs to focus on employee engagement, wellness, and assistance.
