* Previous experience in a Senior Support Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer or Infrastructure Support role
 * Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
 * Experience supporting Azure environments
 * Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
 * Strong networking fundamentals
 * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
 * Ability to manage and prioritise multiple technical issues

## Description

This role will focus on providing both 3rd Line Support, acting as a technical escalation point while helping customers maximise the value of their IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.

What you'll be doing:

 * Providing 3rd Line support across a varied customer base
 * Troubleshooting complex infrastructure, networking and Microsoft 365 issues
 * Supporting cloud environments and migrations
 * Managing and resolving escalated service desk tickets
 * Supporting cybersecurity technologies and security best practices
 * Assisting with project delivery and infrastructure upgrades
 * Working with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
 * Supporting endpoint, server and network environments
 * Collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
