 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Hard- und Software sowie Durchführung von Updates, Patches und Changes zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Betriebs-, Berechtigungs- und Notfallkonzepten sowie Dokumentation und Aktualisierung relevanter Regelwerke und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Landschaft, einschließlich IT-Security, Schwachstellenmanagement, Qualitätsstandards und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
