## About the Role

Qualifikationen: Du verfügst mindestens über einen Realschulabschluss und kannst sehr gute bis gute Noten in Mathematik, Physik, eventuell Informatik sowie Englisch vorweisen.
Know-how: Neben deinem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis hast du idealerweise bereits PC Hardware- und Betriebssystemkenntnisse. Ein besonderes Plus sind erste Programmiererfahrungen.
Persönlichkeit: Dein besonderes Interesse gilt den modernen Informations- und Kommunikationssystemen. Du hast Spaß am Arbeiten mit dem PC und eignest dir in dem Zusammenhang schnell neues Wissen an. Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung. Allein und im Team kann man immer auf dich zählen.

## Description

Innerhalb deiner Ausbildung erlernst du neben den regulären Inhalten unter anderem die Planung und Umsetzung eigener Softwareprojekte, die Fehlerbehebung mittels Diagnose- und Expertenprogrammen, die Betreuung, Schulung und Beratung unserer internen und externen Kunden und Mitarbeiter sowie die Überwachung des unternehmensweiten Netzwerks. Dabei unterstützt du unsere Administration sowie das Consultingteam. Durch verschiedene Schulungen, beispielsweise von Microsoft und Symantec, sorgen wir zudem kontinuierlich für deine technische Weiterentwicklung. Wir bieten dir darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, schon frühzeitig Verantwortung in Teilbereichen zu übernehmen.
