* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Freiraumplanung, Landschaftsarchitektur oder einem vergleichbaren Abschluss
 * Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projekt- und Baumanagement sowie in der Projektsteuerung, insbesondere in der kosten- und terminsicheren Steuerung von Projekten
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie bewährte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
 * Fachkenntnisse der Vergabevorschriften des Landes Berlin (LHO, HOAI, VOB, VOL, VgV) sowie der ABau und fachspezifischer Regelwerke
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbes. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und MS Project
 * Selbstständige und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Team- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten

## Description

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen insbesondere:

 * Projektsteuerung
 * Prozesssteuerung und Controlling, sowie Koordination der beteiligten Auftragnehmer*innen
 * Qualitätssicherung funktionaler, nachhaltiger und wirtschaftlicher Vorhaben von Bedarfsplanung bis zur baulichen Fertigstellung
