Senior Machine Learning Engineer · MLOps end-to-end ?En Shakers colaboramos con una fintech española en pleno scale-up para incorporar a su primera persona especializada en Machine Learning.Un rol senior, autónomo y con impacto directo: productivizar los modelos de riesgo y montar desde cero la plataforma de MLOps sobre la que la compañía escalará.El reto?Llevar los modelos de riesgo validados a producción a escala y construir UNA SOLA VEZ la plataforma de MLOps reutilizable (pipelines, feature store, versionado de modelos y datos) para que el siguiente modelo sea rápido y no reinventes la rueda cada vez.Lo importante?? Freelance full time vía Shakers? Remoto?? Largo plazo + posibilidad de contratación?
