## About the Role

We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The position is part-time from 10am - 2pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (hours may vary, but the days are not flexible). Come work in a friendly and supportive environment with a team that values professionalism and customer care., * Excellent communication and people skills.

 * Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
 * Dependability and strong attention to detail.
 * Reliable transportation.
 * Storage experience is a plus, but not required-we provide full training!

## Description

* Assist customers in choosing the right storage space based on their needs.
 * Process payments, move-ins, and move-outs using our industry-specific software (training provided).
 * Manage and balance payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with collection efforts.
 * Help maintain the facility's cleanliness and appearance-both inside and out.
