The IAM Specialist supports the Identity & Access Management team in the administration, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of enterprise identity lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for performing access provisioning and deprovisioning, assisting with access reviews, supporting IAM controls, and maintaining accuracy across identity systems. This position emphasizes operational excellence, adherence to security standards, and continuous improvement to protect the environment and reduce identity-related risks. Candidates should be passionate about delivering secure, stable, and efficient IAM services and demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service.
