As our products and organization continue to grow, we are focused on building scalable technology while maintaining the agility and problem-solving mindset of a smaller technology company., We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable learning new technologies in a collaborative Agile environment., * 2-5 years of professional software development experience, ideally working on web-based applications or software products. * Strong working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. * Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue, with Angular strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. * Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs. * Experience using Git or similar version-control tools in a collaborative development environment. * Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite. * Strong web debugging and troubleshooting skills. * Understanding of component-based application architecture. * Familiarity with web performance best practices and techniques for improving application performance. * Experience working within an Agile software development environment. * Understanding of core software engineering concepts, including maintainable code, testing, code reviews, and software development best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and an interest in using emerging AI technologies to improve development efficiency, code quality, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications The following experience is helpful but not required: * Experience with Go (Golang). * Experience with Node.js or other server-side development technologies. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build or deployment processes. * Experience working with WebSockets or other real-time application technologies. * Experience with application performance profiling and optimization. * Exposure to backend development and API development. * Experience working with distributed systems or applications that share common libraries and services. * Experience working within a SaaS, software product, or technology company. * Experience incorporating AI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies, into day-to-day software development workflows., We place a strong emphasis on technical ability while recognizing that successful software development requires excellent collaboration.
