The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job. ## Description As Lead Data Engineer working within Shared Services (one of our entities), you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers working on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, a data vault, and various data warehouses and marts. You will work with stakeholders across all departments to deliver key metrics across a variety of functional areas, as well as participate in establishing data strategy. How You Make a Difference Everyday: * Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise * Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities for data engineering projects * Collaborate with business and technical leaders to set and execute both strategic and tactical initiatives * Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering.
