The ideal candidate will have significant public-sector implementation experience and be comfortable working directly with client leadership, finance teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners., * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Fifteen+ (15+) years of experience with Oracle ERP platforms, including significant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience. * Strong functional experience in Oracle Finance, including General Ledger, Budgeting, Projects, Grants, and Procurement. * Primary experience supporting public-sector organizations, including public transportation agencies, city/county agencies, special districts, or similar public entities. * Experience developing functional requirements, facilitating business process discussions, leading finance implementation activities, and supporting ERP project delivery. * Strong understanding of public-sector finance, budgeting, grants, procurement, reporting, controls, and related business processes. * Ability to write clear functional assessments, technical/business reports, meeting summaries, issue papers, and executive-facing materials. * Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills. * Ability to work onsite in the Los Angeles area at least 50% of the time, with additional onsite presence as needed.
