In this role, you will serve as the primary internal technology leader on site, ensuring stable IT/OT operational continuity, managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) deliverables, and aligning business processes with technology initiatives. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, local operational leaders, and external technology partners to drive IT governance, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service delivery improvements., * IT Service & Operations Delivery: Oversee local IT support services delivered in collaboration with external MSPs and technology partners. Manage SLA compliance, incident escalations, service performance metrics, and process improvements. * Infrastructure & OT Leadership: Coordinate local IT/OT infrastructure initiatives including servers, cloud services, network operations, endpoints, ERP systems, and industrial/manufacturing technology environments. * Vendor & Project Governance: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology service providers.
